Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FitBunny. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship USPS Priority Mail and the delivery time is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

FitBunny ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FitBunny is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

FitBunny is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns

We have a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email your order number to [email protected] to get a return authorization (RA) number. Then mail your product to: FitBunny, 2825 Breckenridge Blvd Suite 170, Duluth, GA 30096, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: FitBunny, 2825 Breckenridge Blvd, STE 170, Duluth, GA 30096, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
